There's no Bureaucracy. Everyone has an opportunity to ask questions and give suggestions for any changes. We have frequent potlucks and celebrate events like the Superbowl etc.

Direct supervisor is very supportive.

We all know that the bottom line in any company is profit but in our company that feeling is tempered by having done a good job to get that profit. Our workmanship is as important as our compensation. Tools are put in place to help us to do our jobs to the best of our ability.

Everyone is very dedicated to their work. At the same time, company events are planned to reward our hard work which helps boost morale and allows us to interact outside of the work space. Everyone is family oriented and leadership is respectful of the personal/work life balance.
