I enjoy how everyone seems down to earth and very approachable. Being able to talk and meet with everyone it felt that my voice was actually listened to and valued.

I enjoy the sense of independency and the ability to make decisions without the feeling of someone watching my every movement. Not being micromanaged, and having the ability to build my team.
