i was a former shift lead from store 103305 and ultimately was left with no choice but to quit due to a major lack of professiomalism and maturity from the manager Jessica and a fail to get her team to work together. a managers job is to provide the same respect for customers- to the employees. fail

lack communication, honestly despite my best efforts to improve quality of work, employees who didnt feel i was excelling did not confront me with their concerns and instead complained to jessica who was already giving me a hard time, in turn jessica would not come to me with concerns in the moment

there were more than 20 ocassions where the store was understaffed resulting in me as shift lead and other employees either had to cut their 10 and 30 minute breaks in half without being able to resume at a later time. or did not take a 10 and/or 30 alltogether due to constant customer flow.
