
What needs to change is the teamwork of the employees including the general manager
There is no meetings at all.General manager refuses to have meetings because he feels that they are useless
I liked that the manager at the time was nice and respectful and very helpful and kind to his customers
I am the only one working on the floor most of the shifts no one comes to the front of the house even when there is a customer
General manager fails to help out his employees when it comes to having a rush of customers spends his time in the back room chatting on the phone or with other employees. General manager has 2 employees at a time including himself on a lunch break.
The general manager fails to help team mates when in need and complains to go to the front of the house to deal with a customer complaint. Spends most of his time at the boh on his phone looking at memes although he sees a team member struggling with orders he does not comply with his speed of serv.
