Most people at LT like the CEO and president as people - fun to talk with. But most people feel they are very out of touch and don’t care.
How does LaneTerralever make decisions around promotions?
If you’re one of leadership’s favorites you’ll get promoted. Some of the hardest workers were often passed by.
How's the vacation policy at LaneTerralever?
Okay, except I typically had to do work while on vacation.
