The noncompletion of important HR duties over the past few years is unacceptable. It feels like no one is watching out for us to make sure everything is working correctly, which is uncomfortable.
Lulu is a great company. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Benefits beat most places. Work can be challenging at times but that's how you know you are growing as an employee. The best part? Yes, and we offer 24 paid volunteer hours per year as well!
Yes, we have three paid volunteer days. We can attend as a group or individually if we submit a request.

As secure as I have felt at any other job.
I feel very secure in my job at Lulu, within the marketing department. I work hard and we have fun, with no feelings of scrutiny or insecurity.
