Flexible work policy is great. I also really enjoy the unlimited PTO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is equivalent to that of employees who have barely worked here for a year in a lower position than mine. I am paid well, but knowing I could be getting paid the same thing for less effort that makes me bitter.

Benefits this year are subpar and more expensive. The benefits rollout was confusing and chaotic. Pay is low for the type and amount of work even after we were told pay would be rebalanced across the board.

With the current housing situation and inflation it seems like the salary associated with this position is a little on the lower side.
The market is getting more competitive for talent and I believe that Lulu needs to adjust accordingly. Lulu may want to look at bonuses for employees as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team works hard but still has a great sense of humor. People also feel very comfortable sharing their thoughts, as inclusivity and belonging is a huge part of our culture.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I look forward to working with the individuals who are proactive in their work. I do not enjoy working with individuals who mostly delegate or those who wait to be told what to do before getting to work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I have felt truly part of the Lulu culture since my first day. We embrace diversity of thought, as well and culture. All are welcome!

The process was very smooth. The team was very transparent and communicative throughout the process.
You get to meet several employees and ask questions to better understand Lulu's values and work environment.

We include team members from across the company so you're not just interviewing with your immediate team, but candidates get to meet people outside of their team.
Multiple members of the team an interviewee is applying for will meet with and interview the candidate. This is so the director of that team and HR can receive the team's feedback on the candidate.

What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy Lulu team members and the challenges I face everyday. I am given the opportunity to lead my team and make decisions that impact our culture. I know I am making a positive impact at Lulu daily! My manager trusts that I am the right person for the job and I feel that every single day.
