Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I have felt truly part of the Lulu culture since my first day. We embrace diversity of thought, as well and culture. All are welcome!

I believe they truly want to make our work environment flowing with positive energy and food. Our Peoples team is always looking for ways to relieve stress with fun and games and food. We also have motivational speakers to uplift our spirits and educate us on the need for diversity.

The most positive about the culture is the want to learn more. We obviously don't know everything about everyone's background. However, we have many learning tools to help us become more aware of our differences and how we can accommodate and include everyone based on them.
