What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy Lulu team members and the challenges I face everyday. I am given the opportunity to lead my team and make decisions that impact our culture. I know I am making a positive impact at Lulu daily! My manager trusts that I am the right person for the job and I feel that every single day.

I would say my coworkers and that it is a relaxed environment. I feel like an adult (as I should) and I am treated as such. I am given a task and expected to complete it, and I am not being micromanaged while do so.
