Being able to help other tell their stores is more fulfilling than I could have imagined.

The coworkers, the work itself (my job is pretty cool!), and the amenities are really nice, too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they actually take my concerns into consideration and care about me as a person. They also clearly value me, my time, and my growth, as well - both personally and professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is equivalent to that of employees who have barely worked here for a year in a lower position than mine. I am paid well, but knowing I could be getting paid the same thing for less effort that makes me bitter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My favorite part is that we all have an interesting sense of humor - we have to look at a lot of strange things in files sometimes and we can all laugh about how weird some of our customers are while still maintaining a professional work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role I now have at Lulu has evolved into a fairly new one, and it involves effectively juggling a lot of high-value people and keeping them happy/resolving issues at a high level as quickly as possible. I would feel more valued if the compensation for that was higher than associate-level pay.
