It's a very inclusive and open environment and I feel encouraged to be myself.

I appreciate the medical, dental, etc..., but my favorite is the generous employer matching on my 401k!

Seeing progress being made and the efforts materializing into tangible products to better serve our customer base.

Openness and transparency is important to them and they have a passion for growing the business from the inside out.

Interacting with my co-workers and seeing them grow professionally, while pushing the brand further ahead of our competition every day.

Our new leadership team isn't afraid to take risks, they're transparent about their intentions and they are dedicated to the success of Lulu.

I love the passion and dedication my team has, as well as their ability to keep things lighthearted and fun, even in the most stressful of times.

I enjoy the creativity and willingness to take risks that this executive team embodies. I like the fact that there is an emphasis on continuing to innovate in our space and evolve our products to be the best solutions for our users.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and environment here is one of acceptance and a unified effort at progress. Sure, there's always a few who are just collecting paychecks, but that's par for the course, and they seem to have a good time contributing most of the time.
