The customer service is TERRIBLE. They have no phone service, so sometimes a small, but crucial problem, can't be fixed quickly. My book has been delayed countless times, when a phone call would have solved the issue within 5 minutes.
Quality of print an I like that I can upload my completed project in pdf format
User friendly. It is just brilliant. Highest quality. I can not fault anything. Thank you for a great opportunity.

How do I delete/clear out the shopping cart? Clicking on the shopping cart ICON just brings up a quantity discount menu.
