better customer service with a phone number where people can call with problems
Pricing is not in sync with pricing of professional photography books. It isn't reasonable to 1) expect photographers to pay for a complete book to see a printed proof, then 2) sell their book at a price that in my experience is 30-40% higher than the price of photography books available elsewhere.
So far so good! Just started.
The customer service is TERRIBLE. They have no phone service, so sometimes a small, but crucial problem, can't be fixed quickly. My book has been delayed countless times, when a phone call would have solved the issue within 5 minutes.
