
the company should improve management and internal policies related to employees and costs
nice people around, overall culture is full of help if needed. people are nice to speak to
the compensation policies are very poor. no fair compensation based on skill set and achievements. no proper adjustments. regular evaluations and compensation adjustments would help
the person who interviewed me looked genuinly interested in me as a potential employee. this person was a good listener and answered all questions i had
my team consists of good professionals and very nice people. i would say the team is the only bright thing i could think about within the company
the leadership team should plan their business more accurately. they should consider the subsequences of their decision. they should strengthen the management team as now as the company grows the management turned to a complete disaster
