The feeling like you can go to talk to anyone on the company as they do not feel either above or below you, it is like there is no hierarchy because in the end we are all human beings.

They make you feel like they are like you or any other person on the company, they are sitting in an open area just like the rest of us and, they invite you to talk about anything you think that could improve our company.
