Mr. Douglas A. Neis, also known as Doug, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The Marcus Corporation since September 1996 and also serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Neis joined The Marcus Corporation in February 1986 as Controller of the Marcus Theatres division. He was promoted to Controller of the Marcus Restaurants division in 1987 and was appointed Vice President of Planning and Administration for Marcus Restaurants in 1991. In September 1994, Mr. Neis was named Director of Technology for The Marcus Corporation. He was elected corporate controller in 1995 and was promoted to his current position in 1996. Mr. Neis received a B.S. degree in accounting from Marquette University in 1980.

Mrs. Kim M. Lueck has been Chief Information Officer of The Marcus Corporation since September 2014. Mrs. Lueck has been Vice President of Technology at Marcus Theatres Corporation since February 1997 and served as its Chief Information Technology Officer since September 2010. She is a 17-year veteran of Marcus Theatres, has served in a variety of information technology positions. She joined Marcus Theatres in 1997 as an IT project manager and was promoted to information technology manager in 1999. She joined The Marcus Corporation's corporate IT team in 2000. Mr. Thomas F. Kissinger, also known as Tom, has been a Senior Executive Vice President of The Marcus Corporation since August 26, 2013 and also its General Counsel since August 1995 and Secretary since joining in August 1993. Mr. Kissinger served as President of Marcus Hotels, Inc and served as its Interim President. He served as a Director of Legal Affairs at The Marcus Corporation since joining in August 1993. He served as Vice President at The Marcus Corporation since October 29, 2004 until August 26, 2013. Prior to August 1993, Mr. Kissinger was associated with the law firm of Foley & Lardner for five years. He holds Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree from George Washington University.

Mr. Waldvogel served as Area Vice President of Operations and General Manager of Milwaukee City Center, LLC from October 2014 to November 12, 2015. Mr. Waldvogel served as Area Vice President of Marcus Hotels, Inc. from April 16, 2014 to November 12, 2015 and served as its General Manager of The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington until November 12, 2015. He served as Area Vice President and General Manager of The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington at The Marcus Corporation from April 16, 2014 to November 12, 2015 and from 2007 to November 12, 2015 respectively. He was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hilton Milwaukee City Center and have operational oversight of its two other Milwaukee properties, The Pfister Hotel and InterContinental Milwaukee. Mr. Waldvogel oversaw operations at Marcus's Crowne Plaza-Northstar hotel in Minneapolis, Minn. and the Hilton Madison and Sheraton Madison in Madison, Wis. He joined Marcus Hotels & Resorts in 1997 as General Manager of the Crowne Plaza-Northstar hotel. Mr. Waldvogel holds a Bachelor's Degree In Finance from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis.

Mr. William H. Reynolds, Jr. , M.D. has served as the Senior Managing Director of MCS Capital, LLC, since August 2011. Mr. Reynolds serves as an Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Carey Watermark Investors 2 Incorporated. Mr. Reynolds serves as a Director of Glens Falls Hospital. He has also served in the same capacity for Carey Watermark Investors Incorporated since September 2010. He has been elected Secretary of the College Emeritus by the Board of Trustees of Trinity College ('Trinity'), having previously served as the Secretary of Trinity and the Special Assistant to its President from November 2008 through May 2012. Mr. Reynolds served as Director/Senior Advisor to Thayer Lodging Group of Annapolis, Maryland (Thayer) from November 2008 to August 2010, prior to which he served as Thayer's Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director from November 2006. After graduating from Trinity in 1971 with a B.A. in English, Mr. Reynolds began his career by earning an M.P.A. from the University of New Haven and working in the town planning and zoning offices in Cheshire, Woodbury, and Southbury. In 1977, Mr. Reynolds worked for Portfolio Management, Inc. In 1981, he partnered with an Architectural Firm and Founded City Associates, which developed office properties in Houston. In 1985, Mr. Reynolds joined Metro Hotels ('Metro'). Mr. Reynolds then joined CapStar Hotel Company (CapStar) as Senior Vice President Development in 1996 and managed CapStar's acquisition of Metro in 1998. He held the same position at successors of CapStar, MeriStar Hotels & Resorts and Interstate Hotels. He then became Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of a public REIT, MeriStar Hospitality Corp., in April 2004 and served until October 2005 when he entered into an agreement with USAA Real Estate Co. (USAA) to be Managing Director of a hotel fund USAA planned to form. Subsequently USAA elected not to form the fund, at which point Mr. Reynolds joined Thayer. Mr. Reynolds is a Member of the ULI Hotel Development Council and the Steering committee for America's Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS), and formerly was on the Advisory committee of Meet the Money, the Advisory committee for the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, and was a Trustee of the American Resort Development Association. He is a frequent Panelist and Moderator at hospitality industry investment conferences. Mr. Reynolds served as a Member of the Trinity College Board of Trustees from 1998 to 2007. In 1996, he was awarded an Alumni Medal for Excellence by Trinity.
