Worst experience in my career. No opportunity to advance, micromanaged, unqualified managers in some areas, management lies, ZERO and I mean ZERO EQ ability among superiors and employees. No collaboration among departments, no communication among managers and employees or with other departments.

What can this brand most improve?

Follow through. I've been waiting to SIGN my loan since late May and there's a problem with the website and no one can seem to make it happen
