Work life balance, 401k match and low premiums on excellent coverage
Healthcare is good because of the low deductible

Knowing expectations in a daily basis and having the tools and support to get the job done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This is a top down autocratic management run by former service members who think their employees are in boot camp and need to be worked to DEATH. Profit is above ALL ELSE even government regulations
