Worst experience in my career. No opportunity to advance, micromanaged, unqualified managers in some areas, management lies, ZERO and I mean ZERO EQ ability among superiors and employees. No collaboration among departments, no communication among managers and employees or with other departments.

This is a top down autocratic management run by former service members who think their employees are in boot camp and need to be worked to DEATH. Profit is above ALL ELSE even government regulations
