Overall positive with setbacks and daily frustration with the controllable factors and not really caring if we can't reach students or students don't want to work, it's not on our department, it's on the person who is not willing to receive assistance. But there are no such things as excuses.

Some of the team assists other member's when they are out due to being sick, etc.

I enjoy the RCSD of our team as she has really provided positivity to a team who has been struggling with the lack of an in person supervisor.

Being compensated for what I do as a senior position and not only making a dollar more then regular advisors in the department with less experience. Feeling valued that my work matters and all that I do to keep this team going the best I can. Super happy though finally have a director on campus.
