My experience working at SBA Communications has mostly been positive. I currently have great coworkers and management. Our goals are defined early in the year, we know what we want to accomplish. The compensation package is good, a combination of insurances, discounts program, 401k and stocks.

There's good communication among the team and leadership. You can feel that there is a common goal and that we are all working towards meeting and exceeding expectations.

Transparency on decisions made. Explain the importance of what we are doing and how are efforts effect the company. But they also think about their employee's well-being and try to make the best decision that balances both.

Some of the better parts are the health insurance coverage for my whole family, 401k matching and the last that was updated was the stocks. The stocks have taken off from the initial inception, which is great.

The interview process was pretty quick and you are talking with HR, but you also get to talk to the person you will be working for. So you get insights on what the job requires and who you will be working with.

My team interactions is always positive, the facilities in Boca Raton are great as well. But also the company has made adjustments in the past months, to help keep employees safe and work proceeding. the flexibility we've had during these hard times, shows me that they care about their employees.

My current team works well together, from leadership to my coworkers. It always feel like we are all working towards the same goal. I've been at jobs where 30% work and the rest are carried, to the finish line. That is not the situation here. We all want to get the job done.
