The SBA's leadership is not only responsive to the market it is responsive to the needs of its employees. They acted quickly in response to Covid, making sure their employees were informed and protected. They manage the ever-changing telecommunications market keeping our company strong.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Spending the first decade of my career at fortune 500 companies, I believe that SBA's compensation and benefits package is superior others.

SBA provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes company paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits. Not only do they provide documentation on the plan they also have meeting to discuss what is available. SBA provides a work, life, and health balance.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
SBA is truly a dynamic organization. Leadership is available and ready to support. Employee engagement is of the highest priority and it shows in our employee surveys.

SBA has put a lot of time, effort and money into ensuring our building is clean (inside and out), having up to date technology, coming up with innovative fun ideas (like Spirit Days), holding Town Hall meetings and having programs like the Healthy Connections Wellness program.
