My favorite part of my job is a tie between starting a new project and completing a project. I am energized by the variety in complexity of tasks it takes to complete a project for our customers.

The SBA's leadership is not only responsive to the market it is responsive to the needs of its employees. They acted quickly in response to Covid, making sure their employees were informed and protected. They manage the ever-changing telecommunications market keeping our company strong.
