Gaslighting and terrible management. People who had no business being in charge of people were and management knew they has bad leaders in positions. The turnover rate is high cause they keep the pay low. Unfortunately it felt like you were a number and not an employee.

Because the job was low pay and terrible gaslighting by management it lead to not the highest quality or brightest employees. Smart enough to complete the job but not smart enough to figure out the poor working conditions and gaslighting
