What do you like best about the leadership team?
Collaboration efforts. Transparency and teamwork between sites.
Good relationship with colleagues and Subordinate staff
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and taking the number games out of patient care. Wonder why there's no good phlebotomist? They dont pay them enough to live treating phlebotomist like black sheeps in the technical medical fields.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued is an understatement. Pay is only the beginning The whole attitude towards phlebotomist needs to change
What are some of the best things about your team?
Warm work environment and desire for teamwork. Coworkers want a fun and cheerful work place. Willingness to help each other.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Because the job was low pay and terrible gaslighting by management it lead to not the highest quality or brightest employees. Smart enough to complete the job but not smart enough to figure out the poor working conditions and gaslighting
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some times a patient would have a nice compliment or a friendly conversation

Honest coversation. Transparency about situations.
The supervisors were easy and eager to hire due to shortage of employees. Turn over rate being high from terrible pay and management If you had a cpt cert and a pulse you probably got the job
