How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Sun Basket?

Anything below the level of operations manager can be very difficult. All lower management than that are often expected to work 10-15 hour days as well as their staff, and be available 24/7. The operations manager and general manager’s reaction to employees and junior to mid-level management working those hours for extended periods of time(weeks to months) is “well, this is production.” They do not participate in such long days. It doesn’t inspire people to follow.

For most managers it’s often very hard. The operations managers and GMs seem to have plenty of time away from the facility though.
