Some leaders are great and others are very immature and discriminate too much

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are terrible.The hours in the schedule are not fair
Because I do not get paid for the amount of work and effort I put in my job everyone else who does less work or just sits constantly gets paid much better than I do it is not fair
I feel undervalued because I care to put my time and energy in to get work done by myself and yet I am still paid the same as everyone else who can’t seem to be getting as much of the same work do
What are some of the best things about your team?
It used to be a great team but for the past couple of months we had great change and it got to be torn apart team with careless managers/supervisors

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to hire skilled people
Time set aside to work on projects cooperateritivly. It’s hard to accomplish with the current work load though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity although there is diversity not everyone is treated equally
We all believe in this company and are willing to work hard to ensure its success.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to hire an outside consultant to address all deficiencies.
Anything I can name and the list will get longer like the human resources on the east coast definitely needs to be trained better and learn to stop disclosing employee business out to others in the company, anyone in management is constantly lying about everything that they make it obvious.
Holding managers, specifically operations managers and higher, accountable for poor performance and misconduct. Currently, they are perpetually allowed to blame subordinates and never face any discipline or termination for misconduct, absenteeism, or failure.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Everything like not make people stay in their current position and wait to be replaced in order for them to move on to a new position and also the recruiter needs to do a much better job on updating people with how’s their process going on, she really has been slacking of

If I have positive people around and people who give me advice and positive vibes and even those who greet me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As I just stayed at the management needs to get replaced and engaged my new management takes over
More work life balance for people. Realistic work loads for the staff. Stop wasting money on invented positions. And stop allowing the kitchen team to treat all people in the facilities with open hostility and condescension
