As a design consultant I should be concentrating on selling and client satisfaction. Instead 70% of my time is dealing with installation cancelations, mistakes, and very angry customers. Management does not understand the the brand is far more than marketing.

You're constantly criticized and bombarded with negativity. Hired to work for 10 hour days but that never happened. Typical amount of hours worked per day, 5 days a week could easily be 12 to 14 hours. The pay was good but it definitely takes a toll on your physical and mental well-being
