There's no competition here. We are all working towards the same shared goa. I have never had to worry or questions if my colleagues have my best interests at heart in any of our conversations or projects.

The ability to work on multiple items of varying importance. We have the ability and freedom to really shape our company and produce results. I don't feel like I am just executing tasks, but truly creating, building, and solving on a daily basis.

I can legitimately say that I have never once not wanted to come to work. I have clients that suffer from the "Sunday Blue" and dread Monday. I think our culture, autonomy, shared values, and closeness at work make every day, every task, and every tough call or situation that much more bearable.
