My direct leadership teams genuinely cares about the individual team members and our wellbeing.
Our leadership team genuinely demonstrate, live and encourage our company values and they are on display at every get together. They are highly transparent about our company direction and results, and provide solid leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Eligible for bonus, stock and deferred comp
It's not a bad package, but it's nothing to brag about either.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We trust each other and are authentic.
There is no one incompetent in my team, and everyone pulls their weight. We did curate the team to be the top 10% so we could run as a small team successfully.
We help each other, they are all friendly and competent to have the task done
My engineering team is highly skilled, customer focussed and just a great team to work with. Our interactions are open and honest and we enjoy a flat team structure where everyone is encouraged and comfortable to say anything to anyone. We are willing to help each other, work hard and be flexible.
