I am certainly underpaid, and i still do my job to the best of my ability and im insulted daily, and even cursed out
The coworkers sre supportive and understanding of opportunity from the owners. They know what i am going through, theyve seen it or been through it themselves.
The owners need to learn how to respect their employees and give realistic expectations, children shouldnt be working even if they are family. Child labor is never acceptable. Hire more employees to complete the job.
Be honestly about what the employee is walking into, dont describe the job in a perfect world. Live in reality and understand the nature of things day to day. What i was told and what's actually happening are very different
