What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to understand everything
The employee can't go to payroll office to report any problem. I can only report to the management in store.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees, providing competitive benefits such as remote work
Stop bringing family members with no experience to the work place
I believe the management needs to really care about their people you don't care about your people it's sad it's sad to say that

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like the ability to work remotely most of the time.
I am certainly underpaid, and i still do my job to the best of my ability and im insulted daily, and even cursed out
Better salary. It is very undevalues compared to the rest of the market
It’s be great if we were given more incentive to work, like increased pay. Being paid minimum wage for essentially risking our lives isn’t worth it. Also, for the front end of your stores, allow them to have a week where the employees can match the energy of custom
Very expensive health plan and dental plan is poor
What are some of the best things about your team?
too many meetings with owners
The coworkers sre supportive and understanding of opportunity from the owners. They know what i am going through, theyve seen it or been through it themselves.

My team is a very hard-working team we are very dedicated
As a driver we all get along and come together to get the job done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
caring about their jobs (but I can't honestly blame them for not)
Getting rid of percent and no can leave until work done
Need to pull weight, be responsible, accountablr
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
changing to focus on customers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give us more flexibility. Companies that are giving employees more flexibility are attracting top talent and Wakefern will not be able to recover from it's damaged reputation once they start to rehire some of the vacant positions from the quiet firings
Pressure on employees some us just want to work 8 go home

Management must get more involved so they understand how the place runs

open conversation and desire to have a mutual understanding if it was a good fit

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honestly about what the employee is walking into, dont describe the job in a perfect world. Live in reality and understand the nature of things day to day. What i was told and what's actually happening are very different
What makes you most happy at work?
team work and new ideas are welcome
I enjoy accomplishing things with supportive and friendly coworkers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New CEO and creating a positive and flexible environment. I am happy to work for a company that can give the same energy back that I can put into it
The owners need to learn how to respect their employees and give realistic expectations, children shouldnt be working even if they are family. Child labor is never acceptable. Hire more employees to complete the job.
Management has flooded the warehouse family members with no experience
Like I said actually care about the people that work for you get out there and do what we do everyday and not give us a day off and work us 12 hours a day 7 days a week
