We take DE&I seriously, and don't see it as something to be achieved and "completed." Working on this is something we *know* will always be ongoing, and it's obvious that the people here really care about it.

Everyone on the team goes out of their way to support each other. They encourage each other to take time when they need it, and they help each other out when they get stuck. We truly want to see each other succeed.

We put a great deal of trust in each other, and everyone wants to see you succeed. If you have a problem, someone is always willing to help, and once you've experienced that yourself, you can't help but want to do that for others too.

We've got a long way to go, but Wistia clearly takes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion seriously. They keep it centered in a lot of our conversations, and are willing to step back and rework the hiring process for a position if it isn't keeping up with our goals.

Our health insurance is the best I've ever had. It's clear that the company spares no expense at selecting a plan that covers as much as possible, above and beyond what's required by the already excellent health insurance mandates in Massachusetts. And on top of it all, they pay our whole premium.

I absolutely adore my team—I'm able to bring my whole self to work, and I'm just excited to work with them each day. When I have bad days, people quickly remind me that it's OK to take time off if I need it, or they're just there for me to talk if I need

Right from the start, we built trust into the DNA of our team. I've never seen a team become so close as quickly as I have here at Wistia. I truly adore everyone on my team, and we all work hard to make sure we're doing right by each other. We value clear feedback, and it's a great environment.
