Literally the worst place I have ever worked. If you are uneducated and unqualified then you will flourish. If you actually care about your job and working during the day, this is not the workplace for you. Management is out of touch. The environment is toxic and the pay is well below average.

Most coworkers don't do the work they should be doing, they are posting on Instagram during the work day (which is easily viewable), or they are burned out from picking up the lazy workers' slack.

They need to step into the 21st century. They need to be transparent with their employees. They need to value their employees and understand the difference between branch workers like tellers and those who work the headquarters because they have different wants and needs.
