What's the work from home policy like at enosiX?
The team all work remotely, so the norm is to work from home.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at enosiX?
I'd like to see a little more diversity here.
Does enosiX have any remote positions?
Everyone's remote; there's an office, but only a handful are actually in the area, and they have the option to remote as well.
How's the vacation policy at enosiX?
Pretty standard ATM; come Feb. 2018, they'll be moving to an "unlimited" approach.
What do people at enosiX think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Good man; humble, likes to connect with his people.
How's the work life balance at enosiX?
Pretty good; there's always going to be spikes, as any startup has. Overall, though, no "death march" mindset here.
