Mrs. Joyce Ann Ohmer served as Senior Vice President and Branch Administrator at The Bank of Glen Burnie until December 31, 2015. Corp. in 2012). He has 20 years of experience in the commercial lending industry, served in the United States Navy from 1984 to 1993 and in the United States Navy Reserves from 1993 to 1999, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Maryland Financial Bank. Mr. Hines received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1984 and a Masters of Business Administration from Rollins College in 1993.

Mrs. Michelle R. Stambaugh has been Corporate Secretary at Glen Burnie Bancorp since November 28, 2016 and its Senior Vice President since February 02, 2011. Mrs. Stambaugh has been Corporate Secretary of The Bank of Glen Burnie since November 28, 2016. Mrs. Stambaugh served as a Human Resource Director of Glen Burnie Bancorp until November 28, 2016. Prior to that, she served as a Vice President and Director of Human Resources for 18 years.

Mr. Jeff Harris has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Glen Burnie Bancorp since March 2017. He served as Vice President and Controller of HarVest Bank of Maryland since March 2010. Mr. Harris has more than 28 years of experience in bank accounting, operations, financial and regulatory reporting and large-scale project management. He previously held executive roles at MCI, Freddie Mac and with Suburban Federal Savings Bank where he served as Vice President of finance and accounting. He has been in the banking industry since 1981. From January 2008 to July 2009, Mr. Harris served as Vice President Finance and Accounting at Suburban Federal Savings Bank and from March 1981 to December 2007 he served in various capacities at Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). Mr. Harris received a Bachelor's degree in accounting from George Washington University of Maryland in 1977 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1980.

Ms. Donna Smith has been Head of Retail Banking, Information & Physical Security Officer and Senior Vice President of Glen Burnie Bancorp since joining in October 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Smith was the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Manager at Bay Bank.
