He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Maryland Financial Bank. Mr. Hines received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in 1984 and a Masters of Business Administration from Rollins College in 1993.

From January 2008 to July 2009, Mr. Harris served as Vice President Finance and Accounting at Suburban Federal Savings Bank and from March 1981 to December 2007 he served in various capacities at Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). Mr. Harris received a Bachelor's degree in accounting from George Washington University of Maryland in 1977 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1980.

Ms. Donna Smith has been Head of Retail Banking, Information & Physical Security Officer and Senior Vice President of Glen Burnie Bancorp since joining in October 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Smith was the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Manager at Bay Bank.
