Mr. Christopher Finn serves as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Private Equity of Carlyle Investment Management L.L.C. He also serves as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at The Carlyle Group LP. He focuses on European buyout opportunities in real estate, and technology. He is a part of Corporate Private Equity business segment. Mr. Finn joined the firm in 1996. He is the founder of Carlyle's European operations 15 years ago, was a member of the Carlyle Europe Real Estate Board for over 12 years. He also serves as a Member of International Council of Advisors at SEAF. Prior to joining The Carlyle Group, Mr. Finn served as an Executive Vice President of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). Prior to OPIC, he served as an Executive Vice President for Equities at the NYSE MKT LLC. In addition, Mr. Finn was a Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Acquisitions for Air and Water Technologies Capital Corporation. His work in government also includes service as the Chief of Staff to U.S. Senator Mr. Daniel P. Moynihan and as the Deputy Commissioner of the New York State Department of Economic Development. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Carlyle portfolio companies including certain European buyout, technology and real estate investments. Mr. Finn is an Honors graduate of Harvard College.

Robert Vodicka serves as the Vice President of SEAF. Robert started at SEAF in July of 2012. Robert currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona Area.

Bob Webster serves as the Managing Director of SEAF. Bob started at SEAF in September of 2015. Bob currently resides in Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Katherine Lahnstein serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of SEAF. Katherine started at SEAF in May of 2016. Katherine currently resides in Washington D.C. Metro Area.

Jamal Abisourour serves as the Vice President - MENA Investments (Acting Global Impact Manager & Tech Scout) of SEAF. Jamal currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.

David Mathewson serves as the Senior Managing Director of SEAF. David currently resides in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.
