Mr. Christopher Finn serves as the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Private Equity of Carlyle Investment Management L.L.C. Prior to OPIC, he served as an Executive Vice President for Equities at the NYSE MKT LLC. In addition, Mr. Finn was a Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Acquisitions for Air and Water Technologies Capital Corporation. His work in government also includes service as the Chief of Staff to U.S. Senator Mr. Daniel P. Moynihan and as the Deputy Commissioner of the New York State Department of Economic Development. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Carlyle portfolio companies including certain European buyout, technology and real estate investments. Mr. Finn is an Honors graduate of Harvard College.
