Mr. Christopher J. Murphy, III, has been the Chairman of 1st Source Corporation since 1998 and also its subsidiary 1st Source Bank Limited. Mr. Murphy has been Chief Executive Officer of 1st Source Corporation since 1979. Mr. Murphy has been Chief Executive Officer of 1st Source Bank Limited since 1977. Mr. Murphy served as President of 1st Source Corporation. Prior thereto, he served as the President and Executive Officer at 1st Source Corporation and 1st Source Bank. He has over 40 years of banking and business experience. He contributes long-term perspective, current knowledge and extensive contacts. Prior to 1st Source, Mr. Murphy worked at Citibank and while in college, for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He has extensive knowledge of 1st Source and 1st Source Bank and general knowledge in the finance/banking industry, investments, insurance and venture capital. He serves as a director of Data Realty, LLC, representing 1st Source's investment in this provider of managed data center and other technology related services. He serves on numerous boards including those of the Medical Education Foundation (serves as the citizen's advisory board of Indiana University Medical School at Notre Dame), the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, the Corporate Partnership for Economic Growth, Beacon Health Ventures and Memorial Home Care (part of Beacon Health Ventures, Inc.). Mr. Murphy has been a Director of 1st Source Corporation since 1972. He serves as a Director of 1st Source Bank. Mr. Murphy has been a Director of Quality Dining Inc. since 1994 and is a Member of Executive Committee. He is a Director at Comair Holdings, LLC. He holds a B.A. in Government from the University of Notre Dame, a J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School and an M.B.A. from the Harvard University School of Business.

Mr. Jeffrey L. Buhr, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Credit Officer of 1st Source Bank since 2009 and as its Executive Vice President since October 2014. Mr. Buhr served as Senior Vice President of 1st Source Bank from 2009 to October 2014. He served as Vice President and Senior Credit Administrator 1st Source Bank since 2002 and he was promoted to Senior Vice President and in 2009 as the bank's Chief Credit Officer. He graduated from the University of Idaho. He also received his M.B.A. from Texas Christian University.

Mr. John B. Griffith has been the General Counsel and Secretary of 1st Source Corporation and 1st Source Bank since 2001 and has been its Executive Vice President since 2011. Mr. Griffith has been an Executive Vice President of Administration of 1st Source Bank since May 18, 2011. He oversees the Human Resources, Loan Review, Compliance and Legal areas. Since joining 1st Source in 2001, he has served as General Counsel and a member of the bank's executive management team. Prior to joining 1st Source, he was a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery in Chicago, where he was a member of Corporate Department, specializing in insolvency, bankruptcy and business reorganization. He is involved in the community as a board member of Junior Achievement of Michiana and a finance council member and school board member of St. Anthony de Padua. He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his Bachelor's Degree from Washington University.

Ms. Andrea G. Short has been the Chief Financial Officer of 1st Source Corporation and 1st Source bank since January 1, 2013. Ms. Short serves as Principal Accounting Officer of 1st Source Corporation and 1St Source Bank. She has been Executive Vice President of 1st Source Corporation and 1st Source bank since October 2014 and Treasurer since January 01, 2013. She serves as Principal Accounting Officer of 1st Source Corporation. She served as Senior Vice President at 1st Source Corporation and 1st source bank since 2011. Ms. Short began her career at 1st Source Bank in 1998 as Tax Director. In September 2001, she was promoted to Vice President and Controller responsible for all finance and accounting functions for 1st Source Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Prior to joining 1st Source, Ms. Short was Tax Manager for a $25 billion bank and an Audit Manager with Crowe Horwath. She has close to 30 years of banking experience. A Certified Public Accountant with a B.A. degree from Alma College, Ms. Short completed the University of Chicago Booth School of Business' Chicago Management Institute.

Mr. James R. Seitz, also known as Jim, has been the President of 1st Source Bank since October 30, 2012 and 1st Source Corporation since October 2014. Mr. Seitz served as Executive Vice President of 1st Source Corporation since 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President of Community Banking of 1st Source Bank at 1st Source Corporation since 2011. Mr. Seitz was responsible for consumer and electronic banking and directly manages 1st Source Bank's Regional President in Indiana and Michigan, as well as the areas of Consumer Lending and Mortgage, Electronic and Mobile Banking, Branch Administration, Deposit Operations and corporate-wide Marketing. Since joining 1st Source in 1980, he served as a Regional Manager, Supervisor of Banking Centers, Director of Online Banking and Manager of Consumer and Electronic Banking. He is active in the community with the Community Home Buyers Corporation, St. Anthony de Padua Church, the Juvenile Diabetes Association, the South Bend Country Club and the Indiana University and Notre Dame Alumni Associations. He serves as Director of 1st Source Bank. Mr. Seitz received his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his B.S. in Business Marketing from Indiana University.

Mr. Matthew Vessely has been Regional President for Porter and Laporte Counties at 1st Source Corporation since July 2015. Mr. Vessely as a Market Manager is responsible for oversee business banking and the delivery of the 1st Source Corporation 's products and services in seventeen banking centers. He has more than 25 years of diverse banking and management experience; including Senior vice president level roles in Business Banking, Commercial Banking and Product Management. He was a Commercial Banker and Regional Manager at First National Bank, Valparaiso.

Mr. Greg Brown has been President of Specialty Vehicle Division at 1st Source Corporation and 1st Source Bank Limited since joining in September 5, 2014 and has been its President of Auto/Light Truck Division since July 2015. Mr. Brown oversees the division, which handles fleet financing of funeral vehicles, step up vans, delivery work trucks, vocational trucks and shuttle buses. Mr. Brown has 20 years of banking experience. He serves as Treasurer of Elcona Country Club. He served as Vice President and Corporate Banking Relationship Manager at Fifth Third Bank in South Bend and Elkhart. Mr. Brown is active in the community. He serves as Board Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County.

Mr. Larry Mayers has been Head of Business Banking at 1st Source Bank Limited since February 2017 and as its Regional President of Fort Wayne since January 2010. Mr. Mayers has extensive experience in business banking, working with large and small companies. He previously served for Fifth Third Bank as Senior Vice President and City Executive. His career also includes stints at National City Bank and Lincoln National Bank.

Mr. Chris Strafford has been Senior Vice President at 1st Source Corporation since September 2016. Mr. Strafford leads 1st Source's Personal Asset Management Group, with responsibilities for providing clients financial planning, portfolio management and investments, trust administration, private banking, insurance and other related financial services, including family office services. He has nearly 30 years of financial services and insurance experience, including ten years at 1st Source. He served as the President of 1st Source Insurance, Inc. since April 2013. He was responsible for strategy and management of 1st Source Insurance's nine offices in South Bend/Mishawaka, Goshen, Elkhart, Michigan City, La Porte, Knox, Fort Wayne, Valparaiso and Merrillville in Indiana. He was previously 1st Source Bank's Vice President for its asset adviser program.

Mr. Christopher L. Craft, also known as Chris, CFA, CTP has been Chief Operating Officer of Specialty Finance Group -1st Source Bank Limited at 1st Source Corporation since July 2015 and serves as its President of Specialty Finance Group - 1st Source Bank Limited. Mr. Craft has 30 years of experience in banking. He began his career with 1st Source Bank in 1985 and later served as Vice President of Commercial Banking. He returned to 1st Source Bank in 2012 as President of the Auto/Light Truck and Specialty Vehicle Fleet Divisions. He served as President of Auto/Light Truck and SFG Deposit Divisions of Specialty Finance Group at 1st Source Bank Limited. He is a member of the Indiana University South Bend (IUSB) Alumni Association Board, the IUSB Titan Athletic Advisory Board, the Past Chairs Committee of the IU Alumni Association and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes of North Central Indiana Board. He has earned the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Treasury Professional. Mr. Craft earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in the year 1989 to 1990 and a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University South Bend in the year 1985 to 1989.
