Mr. John T. Brodfuehrer has been the Chief Financial Officer of 22nd Century Group, Inc. since March 2013 and serves as its Treasurer. Through December 2012, Mr. Brodfuehrer served as Chief Financial Officer of Latina Boulevard Foods, LLC till January 2013. Prior to his employment with LBF, he was Vice-President of Retail Accounting for United Refining Company, or URC. Prior to his time at URC, Mr. Brodfuehrer served in multiple roles over a twenty-four year span with NOCO Incorporated (formerly, NOCO Energy Corp.). He served as Chief Financial Officer, & Vice President of NOCO Incorporated and also served as its Member of the Board of Directors from 2000 to 2009. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1979 and became a New York State Certified Public Accountant in 1981.

Mr. Thomas L. James, Esq., has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at 22nd Century Group, Inc. since May 14, 2014. Mr. James served over the 13 years as a Partner and as Of Counsel Attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. James was an attorney with other law firms. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. James is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. with J.D., in 1985 and from the University of Maryland with B.S. in 1980.
