Mr. Andrew M. Sims, also known as Drew, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Sotherly Hotels Inc. since August 8, 2004. Previously, he was the President from December 2004 to December 31, 2010 at the firm. Mr. Sims was the President of MHI Hotels Services, LLC from 1995 to 2004 after serving for seven years as Vice President of Finance and Development. During his tenure as vice president of finance and development, he was instrumental in the purchase and renovation of several properties that drove the growth of MHI Hotels Services in the 1990s. Mr. SIms helped negotiate are the Hilton Wilmington Riverside and the Shell Island Resort in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. His association with MHI Hotels Services continues a tradition of family management which began with his father, Edgar Sims, Jr., who founded MHI Hotels Services as Maryland Hospitality Inc. in 1957. Mr. Sims began his career in 1980 as a Sales Associate at Merrill Lynch Commercial Realty. He serves as a Director of MHI Hotels Services, LLC. He has been a Director of Sotherly Hotels Inc. since 2004. Mr. Sims was a Member of Franchise Advisory board for Hilton Hotels. He is also involved in the community as a trustee and basketball coach for Walsingham Academy. Mr. Sims holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Washington & Lee University.

Mr. David R. Folsom, also known as Dave, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Sotherly Hotels Inc., the General Partner of Sotherly Hotels LP (formerly MHI Hospitality, L.P.) since January 19, 2011 and January 2006 respectively. Mr. Folsom served as an Executive Vice President of Sotherly Hotels Inc. from January 2006 to January 19, 2011. Mr. Folsom served as an Executive Vice President of Sotherly Hotels LP since January 2006. Mr. Folsom served as a Vice President of Capital Markets at Paragon Real Estate Equity & Investment Trust. Prior to his tenure at Paragon, he spent several years as an investment banker of BB&T Capital Markets Inc. from 2001 to 2005, where he served on the lead underwriting team in Paragon, initial public offering in 2004. While at BB&T, Mr. Folsom participated in over 75 equity, debt and preferred stock underwritings, as well as financial advisory transactions across many industries. He served concurrently in the Real Estate Securities Group and Debt Capital Markets Group while at BB&T. He also assisted in the coordination of the marketing of BB&T's Low Income Housing Tax Credit product offering to institutional investors. He has been a Director of Sotherly Hotels Inc. since May 25, 2011. the General Partner of Sotherly Hotels LP since May 25, 2011. Prior to joining BB&T, Mr. Folsom served for over 10 years as a commissioned U.S. Marine Corps Officer, including assignments in the Gulf War, U.S. operations in Panama and was a Commanding Officer and an Aide-de-Camp to General Anthony Zinni, who later served as the Mid-East envoy in the Bush Administration. He is a Member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and was a Cox Foundation Scholar, where he completed post graduate work at La Sorbonne in Paris, France. Mr. Folsom holds a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Mr. Anthony E. Domalski, also known as Tony, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sotherly Hotels Inc. since January 01, 2013 and its Vice President since July 17, 2006. He serves as a Secretary of Sotherly Hotels Inc. The General Partner of Sotherly Hotels LP (formerly MHI Hospitality, L.P.) since January 1, 2013 and July 17, 2006 respectively and serves as its Corporate Secretary. Mr. Domalski has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of MHI Hospitality Corp since January 1, 2013 and July 17, 2006 respectively. Mr. Domalski is responsible for financial and tax reporting at MHI. Mr. Domalski served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Sotherly Hotels Inc. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer at MHI Hospitality Corp. since May 2005. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SwissFone Inc. from 2001 to 2005. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Domalski served as a Controller of US Operations at FaciliCom International. He is a Certified Public Accountant from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Domalski is a graduate of University of Maryland with a BS in Accounting and Finance.
