As a contractor there were no benefits, and hourly rate did not compensate for the lack of any benefits
I'd probably look for people that are better at the job, and actually want to be there, and offer better chance for advancement as well as benefits.
The people at the top were trying to make things better, but they were either uninformed or ignorant to the goings on at the lower level s of management
Need to put on a positive face or be reprimanded for not having a positive attitude, we weren't customer facing so it didn't really matter except to make the middle management look good for the C suite
The rank and file are for the most part good people, I never felt like i belonged though. The saddest moment was when i was let go but wasn't allowed to tell anyone it was my last day until after I had vacated the workplace.
