How much diversity is there among employees at Nintendo?
There is a lot of diversity through out Nintendo
I'd say it seems pretty medium. Our team has been up to 1/3 women, and our management staff is about 75% women. Racial diversity is pretty low (we're basically just Indian and White, and Japanese, of course), but there are active initiatives to raise diversity in the group.
How's the vacation policy at Nintendo?
Very bad, they don't let you go for more than 2 days.
I feel extremely positive for our staff snd the policy

A lot, but some times they keep on creating things similar to their older creations.
