What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Mesosohere?

That the executive team are all over the place. There isn't much top down leadership. They are rarely on the same page. The product & messaging pivots frequently, and without warning. As a result it was hard to align with sales and marketing usually took the blame. Also, moral was very low when I was there, but they don't really care. The Estaff M.O. is to ignore or remove the most vocal among the dissident voices rather than work to improve it. This impacts all departments across the org.
