Global leadership team needs to be less prescriptive to local markets and be less prone to centralization. Each market needs dedicated IT resource.
Have had to leverage counter offers to get raises. Don't feel that salaries for mid-level white collar staff are regularly evaluated which is odd as call center agents are somewhat overpaid.
