Global leadership team needs to be less prescriptive to local markets and be less prone to centralization. Each market needs dedicated IT resource.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd love to be paid more for the many hats I wear, but the benefits are SO good that it kind helps.
Have had to leverage counter offers to get raises. Don't feel that salaries for mid-level white collar staff are regularly evaluated which is odd as call center agents are somewhat overpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very supportive and fun

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being dog friendly, having drinks on the patio, and everyone being friends.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less tendency towards centralization. More local autonomy. IT resources directed towards actual growth opportunities.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They asked me if I was stuck on a deserted island, what wine would I be drinking? That is a great question.
