Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'd love to be paid more for the many hats I wear, but the benefits are SO good that it kind helps.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Have had to leverage counter offers to get raises. Don't feel that salaries for mid-level white collar staff are regularly evaluated which is odd as call center agents are somewhat overpaid.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Global leadership team needs to be less prescriptive to local markets and be less prone to centralization. Each market needs dedicated IT resource.
