Getting my money back please
For starters how about stop locking people out of there cards after I have sent in numerous proof that I had a name change.. then you lock down my card for risk activity for a different name
It can not hold people's money hostagr
Customer service needs to focus on what customer service truly is! They are sole decisive authority of your hard-earned money & not a tool to help customers resolve issues or guided to quick fair solutions but lack knowledge of policy which affects people's ability to live house or feed their family
rectifying situations when employees didn't hold themselves accountable
