For starters how about stop locking people out of there cards after I have sent in numerous proof that I had a name change.. then you lock down my card for risk activity for a different name

Customer service needs to focus on what customer service truly is! They are sole decisive authority of your hard-earned money & not a tool to help customers resolve issues or guided to quick fair solutions but lack knowledge of policy which affects people's ability to live house or feed their family
