There is a complaining culture in this company. Instead of finding constructive methods to work together, they are always complaining to management about each other behind each other's back. This makes this place a very uncomfortable place.
Set better standards for values. Needs to improve on respect towards employees. Keep away sadistic tendencies to become mean and hurtful towards hard working employees. Handle cliques and bullying of employees who are not included in cliques. Develop an inclusive culture.
The complaining culture is sick.There is no recognition or appreciation at all for support engineers.Support engineers treated and looked on as low skilled , but there is no scope for them to grow because they spend all their time keeping the sky from falling down on the rest of the company.
